AC Milan veteran Mark van Bommel is set to join PSV Eindhoven.
Voetbal International says Van Bommel has already agreed terms with the Dutch club for 2012-13.
The midfielder will return to his former outfit on a Bosman free transfer given that his Rossoneri contract expires in June.
