PSV Eindhoven are insisting on at least £10 million for Ola Toivonen.
The Sweden international is a target for Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson and has also been linked with Tottenham in the last 24 hours.
Hodgson has had Toivonen watched in the last week and is willing to offer £5 million for the young forward.
However, Swedish sources say PSV are insisting on at least double that amount to sell their star man.
