Sweden want to be drawn with England in the European Championship because of the absence of the suspended Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.
PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen would prefer to be drawn against Fabio Capello's side rather than "the best teams in Europe".
"We want to avoid the best teams in Europe like Spain, Holland and Germany," said PSV Eindhoven striker Toivonen. "But I think it's going to be hard.
"If I could wish I would take England. It would be nice to play against England without Rooney, for example. So it would be good to have England as a seed, then maybe Ukraine or Poland."
