PSV Eindhoven aim to sign permanently Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.

Bruma has one year left on his contract at Chelsea and appears not to be in their plans. His agent, Jan de Visser, confirmed he has been in talks with PSV technical director Marcel Brands and coach Philip Cocu.

De Visser said: "It was a first meeting. We will listen to each other. I expect there are other sides interested but we are curious about the plans for next season."
