PSV Eindhoven are becoming increasingly pessimistic over their chances of signing Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard.

PSV are keen to take Hazard on-loan next season.

However, Blues manager Jose Mourinho is keen to given Hazard, the younger brother of Eden Hazard, a chance to prove himself in preseason.

Thorgan has spent the past 18 months starring on-loan with Zulte Waregem.
