PSV Eindhoven are haggling with Manchester City over a price for Angelino.

The Spanish fullback starred on-loan with NAC Breda this season and City are willing to sell for €10m.

Eindhovens Dagblad says, however, PSV rate Angelino at half City's valuation. For his part, the player favours PSV over rival interest from Ajax.

PSV are refusing to do business at City's price - though are eager to find a fullback with Santiago Arias due to leave.

Angelino, 21, joined City five years ago from Deportivo La Coruna.
