PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Nigel Bertrams says the Premier League can wait.
Newcastle United, Everton and Sunderland are all chasing the teenage Dutchman.
"My heart is with PSV Eindhoven and in the Netherlands. This is where I want to have my first break," said Bertrams, 18. "I had plenty of choice and England remains a dream for me. But I want the chance for A-selection here before moving on."
