PSV Eindhoven fullback Santiago Arias would welcome a move to England.
Arias is being linked with Arsenal and Manchester United.
"I'm certainly at a great club and I'm very happy," Arias told De Telegraaf.
"I hope to play here for a long time, though I am certainly open to the possibility that might arise in the future to play in England, for example, or Germany."
