PSV Eindhoven have fought off interest from Premier League clubs to secure teen Riechedly Bazoer to a pro deal.
The 15 year-old defender was being courted by Manchester City, Arsenal and Lille.
But he has agreed to sign a three-year contract with PSV this week.
