PSV Eindhoven are prepared to sell Memphis Depay to Tottenham.
The Daily Express says Spurs are lining up a £15m bid for Depay, who impressed for the Netherlands at the World Cup in Brazil.
And it seems that PSV could also be open to accepting an offer for the 20-year-old to aid their own transfer activity.
The Eredivisie club had hoped to sign Belgian international Steven Defour this summer but are currently not in a position to meet Porto's £6m asking price.
That situation could change, however, if PSV agree to sell Depay to Spurs.
