PSV Eindhoven coach Philip Cocu is eager to see a deal done for Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.
De Telegraaf says PSV and Chelsea have settled on a €3.5 million fee for the Holland U21 international.
PSV are selling Jeremain Lens to Dinamo Kiev for €9 million and plan to reinvest the money quickly into signing Bruma.
