PSV Eindhoven sporting director Marcel Brands insists the club will not come forward with any further offers for young gun Zakaria Bakkali.
The 18-year old Belgian forward is contracted until the summer of 2015 but PSV are keen to tie him down for the long-term in order to stave off interested clubs from around Europe.
It is believed that both Arsenal and Liverpool are showing significant interest in the highly-rated youngster who has now received a final offer from PSV to extend his stay in Holland.
"We have done all that we can," Brands told Voetbal International.
"We have given him a good proposal and showed him a good view on the future. We won't do anything more. It is yes or no."
