PSV academy director Art Langeler has confirmed Zakaria Bakkali will be leaving.
Off contract in June, the Belgian winger has been linked with Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Langeler told Voetbal Niews: "His time in Eindhoven is over. Let me make one thing very; Bakkali is a very likable, sweet and somewhat naive boy. We don't need to elaborate further.
"Sometimes you have to sometimes take your loss. The straw that broke the camel's back was the 25th agent who reported to us."
