PSV Eindhoven have confirmed interest in re-signing AC Milan veteran Mark van Bommel.

The Dutch midfielder is off contract in June, having joined Milan in January from Bayern Munich.

A PSV official told Inside Futbal: "Van Bommel is welcome, as a club we can talk to the player."

A Bosman move at the end of the season is likely for the Dutchman.
