PSV Eindhoven chief Mark van Bommel has confirmed Santiago Arias is in talks with Napoli.

Napoli are closing on a deal for the PSV fullback this week.

And Van Bommel revealed to FOX Sports: "Arias has been authorized to deal with Napoli, he will probably leave."

Arias has already agreed terms over a five-year deal with Napoli worth €1.5m-a-season.

The Azzurri are expected to pay €10m to PSV for the defender's transfer.
