PSV Eindhoven chief Jan Reker admits the Dutch giants cannot compete even with Premiership new-boys Hull City and Stoke.

Reker conceded: "If Marcus Berg plays well, there will be interest from England, where they are willing to throw around £10 million.

"Middlesbrough picked up Afonso Alves for £15 million. They all have enough money, even Stoke City and Hull City. PSV cannot compete."
