PSV Eindhoven will only consider selling midfielder Ibrahim Afellay to a big European rival.

PSV chief Jan Reker insists Afellay won't leave in January and said: "If he ever leaves, he leaves for a top club.

"He should not go to Middlesbrough, Newcastle United or Manchester City."

Reker added: "The agreement with he and his agent is that he finishes this season here."
