PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands has confirmed they want to buy Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel.
The loan signing has been a big hit since his January arrival and Brands has told the Dutchman they want to keep him.
He told De Telegraaf: "We want to keep Marco.
"Both buying as well as loaning may be an option. In the winter we asked if we could hire him for a year and a half. But Chelsea said they'd look at it in the summer."
Meanwhile, Van Ginkel stated: "Of course, they're lovely messages and it does something for me in a positive sense, only that decision will be made in the summer. First we must fight hard for this season."
