PSV chief Marcel Brands is pleading with the family of Riechedly Bazoer to convince him to sign with them.

The 16 year-old defender is a target for Manchester City and Arsenal.

"We have outlined a career in which we'll do everything for him so as soon as possible he'll reach the first team," said Brands.

But thus far, Bazoer has baulked at penning PSV's deal.
