PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands insists there's been no contact with Manchester United for Santiago Arias.

The Colombia fullback is under consideration at United as manager David Moyes seeks a new right-back signing.

Brands said: "We are not aware of interest from Manchester United. No team has made a formal request for Santiago.

"But we know that Arias is an interesting player for many clubs."
