PSV Eindhoven sports chief Marcel Brands is ready to make a final decision about a move to Everton.

De Telegraaf says Brands doesn't intend to drag things out. Indeed, he is expected to make a decision this week.

Everton made their offer to the Dutchman earlier this month, who would move to Goodison Park as their new technical director. It would mean Steve Walsh being moved sideways.

Brands is tied to PSV until 2020, but won't be held to his contract should he choose to accept Everton's offer.

An answer is expected in the coming days.
