PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands has admitted to fans they could strike a partnership with Manchester City.
In the past, PSV have collaborated with Chelsea, where Alex and Slobodan Rajkovic have come through.
In a Twitter Q&A this week, Brands admits they could do something similar with City in the near future.
"We always bump into eachother at games, where we're both scouting," admitted Brands.
