PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brands admits they considered a deal for Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes.
The Brazilian is on the outer at White Hart Lane.
"We have seriously looked at this and were interested in him," Brands said. "But it was his salary demands and the asking price of €9 million which were unattainable."
