PSV Eindhoven chief Marcel Brand says they'd love to sign Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma.

Bruma has expressed interest in moving to PSV on-loan.

Brands said: "We would certainly welcome him here.

"There can never be any assurances of regular starts, but certainly Bruma would be useful for PSV."
