PSV to beat West Brom for Liverpool striker Ngog

PSV Eindhoven are moving for Liverpool striker David Ngog.

The France U21 international is a loan target for West Bromwich Albion.

But the People says PSV are favourites as they're prepared to offer £3 million to sign Ngog outright.

I dont believe this, PSV did already get a striker for one year, Marcus Berg, then they have already in the squad some other strikers. Dont think they will need this player.
