PSV Eindhoven are considering selling Luciano Narsingh in January.
The winger only joined PSV in the summer from SC Heerenveen.
However, Narsingh is now attracting enquiries from English clubs and could leave for £6 million - double what PSV paid for him.
Liverpool and Fulham were keen on the midfielder last month.
