PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman is staying grounded over the increased interest from England.

For their clash at Ajax on the weekend, Strootman was watched by Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham, with Gunners chief scout Steve Rowley among the representatives.

However, Strootman is in no rush to quit PSV, particularly in midseason.

For their part, PSV will insist on nothing less than €20 million for the 22 year-old midfielder.
