Norwich City have struck terms with PSV Eindhoven for striker Ola Toivonen.
The Daily Mail says Norwich have agreed a £4.7million fee with PSV for Sweden striker Toivonen.
The 26-year-old has attracted attention from Fulham and West Bromwich Albion although the latter remain keen on Anderlecht's Dieumerci Mbokani and free agent Franco di Santo.
