PSG midfielder Jerome Rothen has agreed personal terms with Blackburn Rovers.
Le Parisien says Rothen has agreed a three-year contract with Blackburn to pave the way for a switch from Paris Saint-Germain.
The French giants are insisting on a fee for the midfielder.
