PSG are planning a fresh swap offer for Chelsea winger Eden Hazard.L'Equipe says PSG will push ahead with their summer bid for Chelsea's Hazard and offer Edinson Cavani in exchange.
The new proposal will help them get around the FFP rules which would prevent them offering cash for the Belgian.
