PSG are willing to listen to offers for Marco Verratti this summer.
In a move that will alert Europe's biggest clubs, L'Equipe says PSG management have decided the Italian is no longer untouchable.
Barcelona had a €100m offer for Verratti rejected by PSG last summer, however won't be back after their deal with Gremio for Arthur Melo.
Chelsea and Manchester United also made enquiries almost a year ago and could try again in the coming months.
And a return to Italy will also be an option, where Verratti has long been admired by directors at Juventus.
After his dismissal in their Champions League defeat to Real Madrid, coach Unai Emery said of Verratti: "He needs to manage his frustration in games, especially in important matches, but I have no doubts with him, Marco has made progress and will continue to do so, he is a very important player for the present and the future of PSG.
"To improve certain things, this process will continue to grow."
