French pundit Pierre Menes has urged PSG to give Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala a swerve.

The France international has been linked with a move to PSG, while Lyon president Jean Michel Aulas has also revealed Mangala offered himself to them last month.

Menes, however, is unimpressed and believes Mangala would not add to Unai Emery's squad.

"Mangala? Catastrophic," Menes declared on social media.

"He is significantly lower than the three central defenders in place. €20M? Is this a gag? 20 million for a reserve? Get (Kurt) Zouma in this case."
