PSG are being encouraged to swoop for Real Madrid defender Pepe.

Off contract in June, Pepe wants to stay in Europe and has been linked with PSG and Manchester City in recent days.

French pundit Bruno Rodrigues told France Football: "Talent is not lacking in Paris, far from it. Leaders, on the other hand, are not legion.

"Beginning with the captain, Thiago Silva, who does not have that ability, to rally his troops, to make them row when the boat is slowing. We saw it in particular during the sinking in Barcelona, where he sank at least as much as the others.
