PSG target Hazard indicates Chelsea stay

Eden Hazard has suggested that he will be staying put with Chelsea amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

The 23-year old Belgian ace will wear number 10 for the Blues next season after trading in his previous number 17 and has admitted his delight in taking the coveted shirt which was once worn by his boyhood idol.

"I am very pleased to be able to wear the number 10 for Chelsea," said Hazard, who has been heavily linked with French giants PSG recently.

"It is my favourite number and is one I am used to wearing for the national team, as well as the one worn by some of my heroes from when I was a kid, like Zinedine Zidane.

"I hope it brings me a lot of luck in the future and I look forward to the fans seeing me in it next season."

The comments indicate that Hazard, who is preparing for the 2014 World Cup with Belgium, is set to forego a proposed move to Paris in order to remain at Stamford Bridge.
