Le Parisien says Paris SG director Leonardo has wrapped up a deal with the player, but Palermo will make the final decision on when he moves.

Rosanero President Maurizio Zamparini admitted earlier this year that he was ready to sell Balzaretti at the end of the season, but was reluctant to do so in January.
