Globoesporte says Barca have had a €43 million offer for the Brazilian rejected.
The 20-year-old is becoming an increasingly remote option for the Liga BBVA outfit.
PSG see him as their first-choice understudy to Thiago Silva and new arrival David Luiz, while coach Laurent Blanc considers the youngster an important player for the Parisian team's future.
