PSG are preparing a bumper January bid for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata.
The People says after failing to land the unsettled Spaniard in the summer, the French champions have made Mata a transfer priority once the window re-opens, with wealthy president Nasser Al-Khelaifi sanctioning a £35million move.
Mata, Chelsea player of the season for the past two years, was wanted by PSG in the summer but manager Jose Mourinho would not sanction any major departures so soon after his arrival.
