PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi accepts it's unlikely they can prise Eden Hazard away from Chelsea.
PSG have been linked with an €80 million bid for the Belgian, who has insisted he's happy at Stamford Bridge.
"Hazard is a fantastic player. The best at Chelsea for me. But I never talked to him," said al-Khelaifi.
"In 2012, before he left England, we had the opportunity to recruit him, but we did not. Chelsea was well advanced in negotiations and, as we do not have bad relations with other clubs, we stepped back.
"He is happy at Chelsea."
