Manchester City are investigating the prospect of terminating Carlos Tevez's contract.

City have announced "disciplinary proceedings" will begin against Tevez after his wobbler in Munich a fortnight ago - and L'Equipe says they're ready to rip up the Argie's contract.

While termination would see Tevez a free agent, it also would mean City would not be required to pay out his contract - if they show they had grounds to do so.

PSG are monitoring developments, along with Inter Milan.
