Paris St Germain are determined to scupper Manchester United plans of re-signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid. The Mirror says mega-rich PSG hope to lure Ronaldo AND his Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho this summer in a double swoop that will send shockwaves through world football.

Sources in Madrid say if Ronaldo is to leave Real, his first-choice would be a return to Old Trafford.

But super-agent Jorge Mendes, who represents Ronaldo and Mourinho, has held meetings with Al-Khelaifi, the most recent one coming in Paris after PSG's game with Lyon last month.

Mendes is also close with United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and is in regular contact with the Scot with several from his stable at Old Trafford.
