PSG are offering Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas £10 million-a-year to leave White Hart Lane.
The Mirror says PSG, backed by the huge and limitless riches of the Qatari Royal Family, are preparing to make contact with Villas-Boas' representatives and make an offer they hope will convince Spurs to release the Portuguese.
Villas-Boas will be offered a four-year deal worth up to £10million per season, with the French side also putting that amount on the table as a compensation 'transfer fee'.
But AVB is understood to feel he owes Spurs and chairman Daniel Levy a debt of loyalty after the Tottenham chairman backed his talent last summer after he lasted less than a season as Chelsea manager, giving him a three-year contract.
