PSG admit they still want Manchester United legend David Beckham.

The midfielder, 36, signed a new deal with LA Galaxy last month rather than move to France.

But PSG sporting director Leonardo admits he has not given up hope of signing the former Real Madrid man.

Leonardo said: "David Beckham coming to Paris is something that everyone dreamt about.

"Family considerations weighed in his decision. We tried everything we could. But the door is still open.

"Even though he's never played for Paris Saint-Germain, it feels like he's already contributed something here."
