PSG are preparing a January bid for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata.
The Sunday Telegraph says Mata attracted interest from PSG at the end of the summer window but Chelsea rebuffed the approach. However, the big-spending French club are planning to return with another offer, having targeted Mata as one of two signings they plan in January.
Tottenham Hotspur would also like to sign Mata, who joined Chelsea under Andre Villas-Boas, now Spurs's head coach, but it is unlikely a deal will be agreed with another Premier League club.
