PSG midfielder Thiago Motta says Arsenal are a level above Chelsea.
But Arsene Wenger will be wary that PSG knocked Chelsea out of the competition in the last two seasons.
"Arsenal are a level above Chelsea because they like to play," Motta said following last night's 1-1 draw against Saint-Etienne.
"We've not faced an English team like that."
