PSG midfielder Javier Pastore admits he came close to joining AC Milan in the past.

Pastore was speaking after PSG's Champions League triumph at Chelsea last night.

Asked about a return to Italy, Pastore replied: "For now there is nothing, but there was AC Milan, I wanted to go there before going to Palermo.

"But I'm fine here, the president has confidence in me and I hope to renew my contract.

"I want to remain for many years in Paris."
