PSG are set to make a final take-it-or-leave-it bid for Chelsea star Eden Hazard. The Daily Express says they are set to test Chelsea's resolve with a final £68million bid for Hazard.
The Ligue 1 champions have made no secret of their desire to land Hazard and Laurent Blanc is an admirer.
Added to that, PSG have a penchant for Chelsea players having already secured a £50million deal for David Luiz.
Though Hazard has proved a stumbling block, but reports suggest they will make one final attempt to clinch a deal.
