PSG are in advanced talks with Newcastle United for midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

Sissoko is rated in the €20 million class by Newcastle, which has turned down an offer from Arsenal in recent days.

Eurosport says PSG are now negotiating terms with Newcastle for the midfielder, though their opening offer has been rejected.

A proposal of cash-plus- Yohan Cabaye for Sissoko was rejected by Newcastle chiefs.

The Toon are insisting on a straight cash deal - and retain hope of Arsenal returning to the negotiating table in order to drive up the player's price.
