PSG are ready to make a bumper offer for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata next month. The Daily Star Sunday says Mata, 25, is not a regular under manager Jose Mourinho who would like any extra cash to buy a big-name striker like Monaco's Colombian hitman Radamel Falcao.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc has Mata, a £23.5m signing from Valencia, on his January wishlist because he expects to lose both Ezequiel Lavezzi and Jeremy Menez next month.
Mata, 25, has made just 11 Premier League appearances this season.
