Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz was proud of the way his teammates performed at Chelsea on Wednesday night.
The French giants pulled off a remarkable 2-2 draw in the Champions League Round of 16 second leg to move through to the quarter-finals on away goals after a 3-3 aggregate.
Luiz powered home an 86th-minute header to level after Gary Cahill's 81st-minute strike which came 50 minutes after Zlatan Ibrahimovic was questionably sent off.
Eden Hazard converted from the penalty spot early in extra-time when Thiago Silva handled in the area before the Brazilian redeemed himself with a brilliant looping header to send PSG through.
Of the achievement, ex-Blues star Luiz told Sky Sports: "We played a great game.
"When you lose your best player in Ibrahimovic, you say 'let's try and keep it simple' to keep the ball and create opportunities because we needed to score to qualify.
"It was amazing tonight. Every single player gave everything. It's amazing for everyone. Amazing for Paris as a city. We tried to win the game even with one less man.
"I'm happy to be in the next round but it's a long way to win the Champions League. It is so difficult. We've got to keep our feet on the floor because there are many games to play."
