PSG are chasing AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

It was well known that Paris Saint-Germain made offers for Alexandre Pato, but it is now reported the real target is his Rossoneri teammate Ibrahimovic.

"PSG have spoken to Adriano Galliani, so this is not just rumours," a source told Aftonbladet.

"We are maintaining a low profile due to his huge wages."

The Swede currently earns around €12m per season and will turn 31 in October, but this was the first time in years he has not won a League title.

"With Leonardo and Ancelotti at PSG, it's only normal they want to sign our players," a Milan source added.

"It remains to be seen how serious their interest is. We wouldn't want to let him go. His wages are a weight on us, but would also be a problem for almost any other club in the world."
